Playing with Plants Not Just Pottery
I've been making a lot of flower pots. Its always nice to plant trees in your own pots. I've also been learning a lot about succulents and been using them in some very cool new projects. Sunset magazine featured some cool articles about little projects with succulents and simple places to buy everything you need. Any nursery carries a variety of different kinds but even better then that is the Farmers Market in Hillcrest. All you do is layer rocks, charcoal, dirt, then plant whatever you have and water every 10 days. Once you have a lot of plants you can break pieces off of others let them dry out for a few days then plant them in new projects. Also you can make boxes and then hang them on the wall like the one above that Tyson made.
